10. Hybrid interfaces for molecular spintronics:

The activity exploit the mutual interaction between surfaces (metals, ferro and antiferromagnets, insulators, semiconductors, topological materials, ecc...) and organic materials and molecules (magnetic, light-active, spincrossover) to tailor spin-dependent properties at the interfaces. Novel functionalities are expected, such as spin filtering, spin inversion, hardening of a magnetic material by absorption of suitable organics and improve the magnetic properties of molecule when deposited on suitable surfaces.
