- 27.01.2014 - 30.11.2013 Frontiers of Opto- and Electro-mechanics workshopFai della Paganella, Jan. 27-30, 2014. The main purpose of this workshop is to gather young scientists who are about to start or have just started their own research groups and are at the forefront of the combined fields of opto- and electromechanics. In a stimulating environment, they will highlight their recent results and their vision for directions that are important to pursue. The workshop is open to students, who will be active part of the discussion by presenting their original research in poster sessions. They will also take advantage of two tutorial lectures provided by prof. D. Chang and A. Clerk, about the basics of optomechanics.
