Research interests

Growth and characterization of semiconductor nanowires by means of molecular and chemical beam epitaxy. Growth of axial and radial nanowire heterostructures using both Au-assisted and catalyst free methods. Chemical, morphological and structural studies of semiconductor nanowires.
